Gold Shop Storefront Window Ad Fail…or Win?

This is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever seen anyone use as an ad in their storefront in a busy section of a city. I would think some people would interpret this as offensive, but it has been there for a while now and don’t seem to be going anywhere. Maybe they are trying to be funny, or else they just know their target audience well and this does the trick. To some it may be a fail, and others it is a win. As long as it is bringing business through the door then it does not even matter I guess.
